OPG and Lateral Cephalogram, the two studies most often requested by referring dentists, orthodontists and oral surgeons. Both are walk-in during clinic hours.
What to expect
- OPG is taken standing, with your chin on a rest while the unit rotates around your head — the scan itself takes 15 seconds.
- Lateral Ceph captures a precise side profile, often paired with an OPG for orthodontic planning.
How to prepare
- Remove glasses, jewellery, hairpins and any metal in the head and neck area.
- Bring your referral — even a photo of the request on your phone is fine.
