The fine print

What "urgent" means here.

Every report is read by a radiologist who lives within a few hours of the clinic. If you flag a referral urgent, it goes onto the radiologist's worklist immediately and a verbal report is available by phone as soon as it is signed.

For critical findings discovered during routine reporting, the radiologist calls the referring practitioner directly rather than waiting for the report to be opened in your inbox.
