A keepsake 3D / 4D scan adds beautiful surface-rendered images of your baby's face and movement on top of a standard pregnancy ultrasound. We only scan between 26 and 32 weeks.
What to expect
- Around 30 minutes in the scan room. You can bring one extra person in with you, and an interpreter as well.
- Static 3D snapshots and short 4D video clips, both delivered digitally after the scan.
How to prepare
- Drink plenty of water in the day before — well-hydrated mums get clearer images.
- Have a small snack about an hour beforehand — most babies are more active afterwards.
3D / 4D add-on scans are not Medicare rebated — a flat $205. Add them to your medical pregnancy ultrasound when you book.

We schedule extra time for keepsake scans so there's no rush.
